- Remove the code of the old syn2mas tool
- Remove CI for the old syn2mas tool
- syn2mas: document new tool
- Document the new migration tool
- docs: stop talking about the .well-known/matrix/client changes
These were relevant on an old version of the specs, and just confuses people.
